St. Vincent de Paul Church is a territorial parish in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, located in Garden City, New York. Dedicated to Saint Vincent de Paul, the 17th-century French priest and founder of the Congregation of the Mission—the parish serves a suburban community on Long Island.

History
St. Vincent de Paul Parish was established in 1953 by the Diocese of Rockville Centre in response to growth in the Garden City area.[1]
The first Mass was celebrated on September 13, 1953, at the parish's temporary location, presided over by Bishop Walter P. Kellenberg.[2]
