St. Agnes Church is a territorial parish in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, located in Farmingdale, New York. Dedicated to Saint Agnes, the third-century Roman martyr, and Saint Sebastian, the early Christian saint and martyr, the parish serves a suburban community in Suffolk County.
