Saint Gabriel is the name of the Archangel Gabriel — the divine messenger of God — as well as several saints of the Catholic Church named in his honor.

Gabriel the Archangel
- Saint Gabriel the Archangel — one of the three named archangels in Scripture; announced the Incarnation to the Blessed Virgin Mary (Luke 1:26–38); announced the birth of Saint John the Baptist to Zechariah (Luke 1:11–20); identified himself in Daniel (Dan 8:16, 9:21); and in the Book of Tobit; feast September 29 (with Saints Michael and Raphael); patron of messengers, diplomats, postal workers, telecommunications workers, and broadcasters.
