Saint Gabinus
Saint Gabinus of Rome (died c. 295 AD in Rome, Italy) was a Roman priest and martyr, the father of Saint Susanna of Rome and the brother of Pope Saint Caius. He was martyred during the Diocletianic persecution, shortly after his daughter Susanna. His feast day is February 19.

Biography
Gabinus was a Roman priest of the late 3rd century, of a noble family well-connected to the early Roman church. He was the brother of Pope Saint Caius (reigned 283–296 AD) and the father of Saint Susanna of Rome, a virgin martyr who refused a proposed marriage to a member of the imperial family in order to preserve her consecration to God.
He is said to have baptized members of the Roman imperial household, including relatives of Emperor Diocletian, during the period when some at court were sympathetic to Christianity. When the Diocletianic persecution intensified (303–305 AD and apparently earlier in 295), he was arrested. He died either in prison from starvation or was beheaded — accounts in the various versions of his daughter Susanna's legend differ.
He is venerated alongside his daughter at the Basilica of Santa Susanna on the Quirinal Hill in Rome — a titular church of great antiquity (now the American Catholic church in Rome). His feast is February 19.
