Saint Damian most commonly refers to Saint Damian (of Cosmas and Damian) — one of the twin physician-martyrs venerated together. There are also several other saints named Damian.

- Saint Damian (of Cosmas and Damian) (died c. 303 AD) — One of the twin Arabian physician-brothers who practiced medicine freely for the poor without charge (called the Anargyroi, "unmercenary ones"); martyred during the Diocletianic persecution; patron of physicians and pharmacists; feast day September 26.
- Saint Peter Damian (1007–1072 AD) — Italian Camaldolese monk and cardinal; Doctor of the Church; reformer of the medieval Church; author of Liber Gomorrhianus against clerical abuses; feast day February 21.
- Blessed Damian of Molokai (1840–1889 AD) — Belgian Picpus priest who served the leprosy colony at Kalaupapa on Molokai, Hawaii, and died of leprosy himself; beatified 1995, canonized 2009; feast day May 10.
