Saint Basilla (also known as Basilissa; died c. 303 AD in Rome, Italy) was a Roman virgin martyr of the early fourth century who is traditionally identified as a young noblewoman betrothed to a Roman official or nobleman, who refused to apostatize or to marry a pagan, and was executed for her Christian faith. She is sometimes identified as a niece or relative of the Emperor Gallienus. Her feast day is May 20.

Saint Basilla is one of the many Roman virgin martyrs of the Diocletianic Persecution whose veneration in Rome is ancient, preserved in the Roman Martyrology and in dedications of early churches.
