Saint Baglan (also known as Baglan of Glamorgan; dates uncertain, traditionally 5th–6th century) was a Welsh saint associated with the area of Baglan in what is now Neath Port Talbot, South Wales. He is venerated as one of the early Christian missionaries of South Wales and is identified in the Welsh hagiographic tradition as a disciple of Saint Illtyd, one of the most important figures of the early Welsh Church. The village and parish of Baglan in South Wales take their name from him. His feast day is June 22.

Saint Baglan is one of numerous minor Welsh saints of the fifth and sixth centuries whose veneration survived primarily in local place-name evidence and in the dedication of parish churches, providing witness to the Christianization of Wales in the early medieval period.
