St. Charles Borromeo Seminary is the major seminary of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, long a center of priestly formation for Pennsylvania and neighboring dioceses. Named for the great reforming bishop of Milan, it provides college and theological formation and continues to send priests into parish and diocesan ministry across the Mid-Atlantic.
