This page explains how to use the VocationsPOC template and its associated form to record vocations points of contact for dioceses, eparchies, religious orders, and other Catholic entities on Saintapedia.
Purpose
The VocationsPOC template allows editors to cleanly document current vocations contacts (priests, sisters, lay staff, etc.) responsible for priestly vocations, consecrated life, diaconate, etc. Multiple contacts can be added to the same page.
How to Add a Vocations Contact
- Go to the page of the diocese, eparchy, or religious order.
- In the Vocations section, click the link "Add Vocations Contact" (or use the form directly).
- Fill out the form and save.
Alternatively, you can manually insert the template on the page.

Best Practices
- Always verify information directly from the official website of the diocese or order.
- Update the Last Verified field whenever you check the information.
- Prefer official diocesan/eparchial/religious order websites as sources.
- One template call per contact person/role is recommended.
- Empty fields are automatically hidden on the page.
