Blessed Ignatius Jorjes
Blessed Ignatius Jorjes (died October 2, 1622 AD in Nagasaki, Japan) was a Japanese Catholic martyr executed at Nagasaki for the faith. He was part of the group known as Blessed Charles Spinola and Companions (the 205 Martyrs of Japan), beatified by Pope Pius IX on July 7, 1867. His feast day is September 10.

Ignatius Jorjes was a Japanese Catholic who was martyred for the faith at Nagasaki, Japan, on October 2, 1622. He is one of the group of 205 Martyrs of Japan (Blessed Charles Spinola and Companions), martyred during the Tokugawa Shogunate's persecution of Christianity in Japan.
He was beatified by Pope Pius IX on July 7, 1867. His feast day is September 10.
