Blessed Helen Enselmini (born c. 1208 AD in Arcella, near Padua, Veneto, Italy; died November 7, 1231 AD in Arcella, near Padua, Veneto, Italy) was an Italian Catholic Poor Clare nun, a spiritual daughter of Saint Francis of Assisi and Saint Anthony of Padua, who spent her entire religious life in the convent of Arcella near Padua. She died at age 23, after years of mystical suffering and paralysis. Her feast day is November 6.

She died November 7, 1231, at the Convent of Arcella, approximately 23 years old — the same year and at the same convent where Saint Anthony of Padua had died just months earlier. Her feast day is November 6.
