Biography
Guy of Casauria served as Benedictine abbot of the Abbey of San Clemente a Casauria in the Pescara River valley, Abruzzo. The abbey, founded in 871 by Emperor Louis II, was one of the most important Benedictine houses of central-southern Italy.
He died c. March 31, 1045, at the abbey. He is venerated locally with feast day March 31.
