She is venerated among the Martyrs of Angers beatified by Pope John Paul II on February 19, 1984. Her feast day is February 19.

Biography
Jeanne Gérard was a French Catholic laywoman from Anjou who was executed in Angers on July 1, 1794, during the Reign of Terror — the most violent phase of the French Revolution's campaign to destroy the Catholic Church in France.
She refused to apostatize or comply with the Revolutionary authorities' de-Christianization campaign and was martyred for her Catholic faith.
She was beatified by Pope John Paul II on February 19, 1984, among the Martyrs of Angers. Her feast day is February 19.
