Blessed Giacomo Alberione
Blessed James Alberione (born April 4, 1884 AD in San Lorenzo di Fossano, Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy; died November 26, 1971 AD in Rome, Italy) was an Italian Catholic priest and founder of the Pauline Family — ten congregations and institutes dedicated to the apostolate of communications media — who was beatified by Pope John Paul II on April 27, 2003. His feast day is November 26.

Biography
Giacomo (James) Alberione was born April 4, 1884, in San Lorenzo di Fossano, Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy. On the night of December 31, 1900, as a young seminarian, he spent the night in adoration before the Blessed Sacrament in Alba and experienced a calling to use the new communications media for the Gospel.
He was ordained a priest in 1907 and in 1914 founded the Society of Saint Paul (SSP) in Alba, dedicated to using printing and communications media for evangelization. He then founded the Daughters of Saint Paul (1915) and eight other institutes and secular institutes, collectively known as the Pauline Family.
The Pauline Family grew to include over 10,000 members in more than 50 countries, working in publishing, bookstores, film, radio, television, and eventually digital media.
He died November 26, 1971, in Rome. He was beatified by Pope John Paul II on April 27, 2003. His feast day is November 26.
