Blessed Eusebia Palomino Yenes (born December 15, 1899 AD in Cantalpino, Salamanca, Castile and León, Spain; died February 10, 1945 AD in Orense, Galicia, Spain) was a Spanish Salesian sister (Daughter of Mary Help of Christians) who served for many years as a cook in the Salesian house in Orense, Galicia, while living a hidden life of intense prayer and mystical union with Christ. She was beatified by Pope John Paul II on April 25, 2004. Her feast day is February 10.

Biography
Eusebia Palomino Yenes was born December 15, 1899, in Cantalpino, Salamanca Province, Castile and León, Spain.
She entered the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (Figlie di Maria Ausiliatrice, FMA) — the women's branch of the Salesian family — as a young woman. She was assigned to work as a cook and in domestic service at the Salesian college in Orense (Ourense), Galicia.
Despite the humility of her outward role, she lived an intense interior life of prayer, contemplation, and mystical union with Christ. She was known for her charity and joy, and was reported to have received various mystical gifts, including visions and supernatural knowledge.
She died February 10, 1945, in Orense.
She was beatified by Pope John Paul II on April 25, 2004. Her feast day is February 10.
