Blessed Edoardo Giuseppe Rosaz (born February 15, 1830 AD in Susa, Piedmont, Italy; died May 3, 1903 AD in Susa, Piedmont, Italy) was an Italian Catholic bishop of Susa in Piedmont who was known for his extraordinary pastoral charity, his heroic ministry to the poor and the sick during an epidemic, and his foundation of the Sisters of the Third Order of Saint Francis of Susa. He was beatified by Pope John Paul II on July 14, 1991. His feast day is May 3.

Biography
Edoardo Giuseppe Rosaz was born February 15, 1830, in Susa in the Piedmont Alps. He was ordained a priest and was appointed Bishop of Susa in 1878, serving the diocese until his death.
He was known for his extraordinary pastoral charity, his personal austerity, and his direct care for the sick and the poor. During a typhoid epidemic in his diocese he personally nursed the sick, contracting the disease himself and permanently damaging his health.
He founded the Sisters of the Third Order of Saint Francis of Susa to continue the works of mercy in the diocese.
He died May 3, 1903, in Susa, at 73 years of age. He was beatified by Pope John Paul II on July 14, 1991, in Susa itself. His feast day is May 3.
