Blessed Bonannus
Blessed Bonannus (also known as Bonanus or Bonanno; died c. 1300 AD; feast day August 1) was an Italian Franciscan lay brother of the Province of Tuscany who is venerated as a blessed for his humility, his charity to the poor, and the miracles attributed to him. He lived in the Franciscan tradition of total poverty and simplicity. His cult is ancient in the Franciscan Order. His feast day is August 1.
