Blessed Andrew Tokuan (died September 25, 1622 AD in Nagasaki, Japan) was a Japanese Catholic layman who was martyred during the Tokugawa persecution of Christians in Japan. He was among the 205 Martyrs of Japan beatified by Pope Benedict XVI at Nagasaki on May 24, 2008. His feast day is September 10.

Andrew Tokuan was a Japanese Catholic layman who died for his faith during the intense persecution of Christianity in Japan under the Tokugawa shogunate. He was martyred at Nagasaki on September 25, 1622, during the great wave of executions that included the 55 martyrs killed on September 10, 1622 (the Great Martyrdom of Nagasaki).
