Sandboxes can be used to slowly make major changes to page, potentially with others input along the way. To do this:

  • you create the copy of a page in question in your sandbox
  • make edits to it and then
  • update the page from your sandbox copy

Start by

  • Logging into Saintapedia
  • Opening the page to be copied with Enhanced editor by clicking on Edit source
  • Select and then copy everything in the Text input box
  • Go to your Sandbox in the upper right hand corner of the screen
  • Opening your sandbox with Enhanced editor by clicking on Edit source
  • Delete anything there, if needed. That content can always be restored later or copied for the article history
  • Paste the the contents in the text input box
  • Save your sandbox, ideally with an Edit summary
  • Make any changes. In this case we are going to add their mission
  • Save your changes

When you are ready to update the page from your sandbox copy

  • Go to your Sandbox in the upper right hand corner of the screen
  • Open your sandbox with Enhanced editor by clicking on Edit source
  • Select and then copy everything in the Text input box
  • Go to the page to be updated
  • Opening the page with Enhanced editor by clicking on Edit source
  • Paste the the contents in the text input box
  • Save the page, ideally with an Edit summary

There are no pages that use this file.
